The calcium carbide furnace tapping robot system independently developed and manufactured by our company adopts electric-hydraulic servo control. Powered by the hydraulic station motor, the system converts mechanical energy into hydraulic pressure via hydraulic pumps to drive hydraulic oil. By regulating various valves to adjust the flow direction of hydraulic oil, hydraulic cylinders can perform movements with different strokes and directions to fulfill diverse operational requirements of the equipment.The electric-hydraulic servo system features unique merits including flexible transmission, high power-to-weight ratio, superior control accuracy and fast response speed, and has been widely applied in industrial control fields.
