Industrial Silicon Tapping Robot
At present, most of the tapping operations in industrial silicon furnaces across the industry rely on manual work, which involves high labor intensity. The capital cost of submerged arc furnaces is relatively high, and most small-scale enterprises still adopt semi-closed or open-type submerged arc furnaces for production. The working environment is harsh and hazardous with extremely high on-site temperature and severe flue gas pollution. Manual operations pose major safety risks. Accidents such as eye injuries, burns, mechanical injuries, falling object impacts and electric shocks occur frequently.
Our independently developed and manufactured industrial silicon tapping robot is equipped with a fully automatic control system and a high-precision hydraulic servo control system. The automatic control system features intelligent automatic operation, simple operation, automatic fault diagnosis, high temperature resistance and strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability. The hydraulic servo system is robust and durable with flexible transmission, high power density, superior positioning accuracy and fast response. It has been widely applied in construction machinery and industrial control fields.
