Lapsen Family Team Building Activity
On November 9, 2018, Lapsen held simultaneous dinner gatherings across all branches. During the dinner, the general manager and department supervisors communicated with employees about daily life and work experience, creating a warm family atmosphere. To express gratitude for the leaders’ care, all staff proposed heartfelt toasts. The event concluded happily in laughter and joy.
The dinner gathering deepened friendship among Lapsen employees, boosted team communication and collaboration, and helped everyone relieve work pressure and relax thoroughly. With renewed energy, all staff are ready to devote themselves to daily work with a more positive attitude.We will keep in mind the expectations from General Manager Zhong. With sincere gratitude, we will never flinch from challenges or become complacent with achievements, and will continue to contribute to the steady development of the company.
Though the dinner has come to an end, the warm and harmonious atmosphere lingers vividly in our minds. Lapsen staff come from all over the country with different ages and life experiences. Chatting and relaxing freely over the meal, we learned about each other’s daily lives and remembered every unique face of our colleagues as well as this precious moment. This gathering makes us truly feel that Lapsen is a big family full of warmth, friendship and guidance, with abundant platforms for us to grow and gain experience.
This dinner may be short, yet the warm feelings it brought us will last forever. Today Lapsen provides us a stage to grow; tomorrow we will surely win glory for Lapsen.
