To further enhance the management competency and practical capabilities of project managers and deliver project management work with high quality and high efficiency, a project management training session was held at the Suzhou Headquarters on July 8, 2023. Participants included Lu Shunkui, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Service Center, Dong Fuli from the Engineering Service Department, Cui Zhichao and Ma Junjie from the Project Management Department, as well as product managers Lei Yangyang and Liu Lanbo, along with other project principals.

        This training was fundamentally aimed at strengthening the professional literacy and competence of project management personnel and optimizing the company’s management systems. The company invited professional instructors from Suzhou Zhuoyi Enterprise Management to deliver systematic training. The courses offered in-depth analysis and interpretation of project management theories and practical methods from multiple dimensions, providing trainees with professional knowledge and practical experience guidance.

The trainer gave a comprehensive lecture covering all aspects of project management, including its dynamic evolution, project execution, team management, project planning, performance evaluation and project change control. With real-case analysis and group case discussions, participants gained a clearer grasp of rational project planning, engineering quality improvement, risk control and cost management.
